3. SMS & Communication Policy (A2P/TCPA)

By providing your phone number to Media Surge Marketing, you expressly consent to receive informational and promotional SMS text messages and phone calls from us or our affiliates, including Bots Digital Marketing, LLC.

  • Consent: You agree that we may contact you via SMS for appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.
  • Help: Reply "HELP" for assistance or contact us directly.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, methodologies, and processes provided by Media Surge Marketing, including the MultiCasting™ system, are the exclusive intellectual property of Bots Digital Marketing, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written consent. Client-specific content created during a campaign becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the specific SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Surge Marketing and Bots Digital Marketing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific ranking results, traffic volumes, or lead generation quotas, as search engine algorithms and AI models are controlled by third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services or website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our operations.
